Office Manager

Manage incoming and outgoing office calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and other stakeholders promptly and accurately. Assist in managing billing processes, including generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining billing records. Perform basic accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records both in physical and digital formats. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences as required. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist in other tasks and projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in office administration or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting is an advantage.

As a Telesales/Telecaller at BillPe, you will be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential customers and generating interest in our POS solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads to promote BillPe POS features and benefits. Build rapport with potential customers and understand their business needs. Deliver clear and compelling presentations about BillPe POS solutions. Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers. Schedule product demos and qualify leads for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions. Exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
